Supervised, not just staffed
A guard is only as good as the system behind them. ISSL runs a three-tier supervision model under a central monitoring system, with control rooms staffed around the clock.
Three tiers of supervision

Post supervisor
On site with your guards — checks turnout, post orders, registers and shift handovers.

Area inspector
Visits every post in an area by day and night, unannounced, and reports to operations.
3
Mobile security officer
Patrols across sites, leads incident response and liaises directly with client management.
24-hour control rooms
- Central control room in Dhaka with four lines attended round the clock
- Control rooms in Chattogram and Khulna for regional response
- Wireless sets, mobile phones and landlines linking every supervisor
- A standby reserve force ready to reinforce any post
Accountable to you
Our management stays in regular contact with every client for direct feedback, so issues are fixed at the source — not discovered at the next contract review.

| Security Guard | 18–35 | Class IX minimum, SSC preferred | 5'6" (5'5" if well built) |
| Supervisor | 30–50 | Class IX minimum, SSC preferred | 5'6" |
| Inspector | 35–55 | SSC minimum | 5'5" |
Retired non-commissioned and junior commissioned officers of the Armed Forces are preferred for supervisor and inspector roles.
