Every new recruit completes a 21-day course before their first post, and supervisors, inspectors and officers return for regular refresher training.
What our courses cover
- Guard duties at banks, factories, offices, residences and construction sites
- Access control, visitor management and search procedures
- Fire prevention, firefighting and first response
- Reporting, registers and incident communication
- Drill, turnout and conduct with client staff and the public
- Refresher courses for supervisors, inspectors and security officers
- Pre-departure courses for security personnel employed abroad
